Joe Biden’s speech yesterday on controlling crime in this country was a straight embarrassment.  Did Joe Biden even read the speech he was given before he went out there?  It didn’t seem like it.  If Joe Biden really believes that cracking down on gun dealers is going to stop murders in Chicago and New York, he’s just straight-up irresponsible.
