I observed something very interesting Sunday when I tuned into the European Championship soccer game. The Italian and British players enthusiastically sang their respective national anthems, while many of our own professional jocks yawn and scratch themselves during the Star-Spangled Banner. The European players make it clear that they love their countries, while we have athletes like the despicable Megan Rapinoe, who regularly and venomously denigrates America.
