Don't Get Emotional
September 30, 2020

When coming off the argumentative debate last night, it’s important to not get emotional.

There’s no upside to getting emotional over politics. It won’t help you or anyone around you. It’s a quick way to lose friends or acquaintances.

I feel very strongly that the far-left is a danger to this country – but I’m not crazed. I don’t alienate or get angry with people who disagree with me.

A balanced life means you’re able to put forth your belief in a cogent way. You can get passionate, but bringing hate into the equation is destructive to you.

It’s important to step back and speak your mind – form a belief system based on facts that is good for you and your family. Then after all that, relax.
