I recently had my annual physical – and they told me that I have high blood sugar. So, I have to start looking into ways to cut that back.
It’s a hereditary thing – but it’s partially my fault, too. I love dessert and I always eat on the run, which are not good habits.
Sugar is everywhere – even bread. Bread turns to sugar in your bloodstream. So, I need to start exercising more and read food labels.
It’s a frustrating situation, but I have to do it. When you have to do something, you have to discipline yourself – because if I don’t lower my blood sugar, then I’m going to have serious health complications.
I’m on my health campaign – I will let you know how it goes. As for you, watch that sugar. Do everything you can to cut that intake down. It’s hard to do, but it’s worth trying. |
