Re-thinking my Holiday Plans
November 20, 2020

I am re-thinking my Thanksgiving and Christmas plans—having only immediate family involved. Now, I don’t like to do this—usually I have an open house, people come on in, we have a lot of laughs. Friends and family are very important to me, and I hope to you as well. This is how you build your life—around people who you love and who love you.

But this year, I have to cut it down because of Covid.

Here’s the stat that really got to me: some scientists say that about 3 million Americans are walking around with Covid and they don’t even know it. They are what they call asymptomatic. So, you could be sitting with somebody and they’re fine but they could have Covid and pass it along.

So, I’m not going to take any chances—I’m just going to deal with people I deal with pretty much every day, on Thanksgiving and Christmas. But I’m going to be extra generous to all of the people that I’m not going to see and I’m going to send them gifts—and we have great stuff at the BillOReilly.com store and the only reason I tell you this is because it will only make your life easier—you certainly don’t want to go to the mall.

But anyway, I’m going to send out little things—I know people, I know what they like, and I’m going to do that starting now through to Christmas and hopefully that will make up for this crazy Covid holiday season.
