Taking Care of Your Teeth
October 19, 2020

According to surveys, one of the worst things in life is going to the dentist. People fear sitting in that chair and having their teeth drilled.

It’s important to take your teeth and gums seriously. I have a daily regimen that allows me to take optimal care of my teeth.

I brush for 2 minutes in the morning – I time it out. Then in the afternoon, usually before recording, I brush my teeth after lunch.

At night, I floss, and I floss fairly intensely – then I brush again for another 2 minutes. So overall, I brush my teeth 3 times a day.

Since getting into this routine about 10 years ago, I haven’t had any problems with my teeth at all. Not a single cavity or gum issue.

Even with healthy teeth, you should still visit the dentist once or twice a year. It’s smart to get a checkup.

Finally, a good dentist makes all the difference. Read reviews and speak directly to the dentist before getting work done – this way you know what you’re getting.
