A clip of Michael Bloomberg supporting stop and frisk has emerged and has stopped the Democratic candidate’s momentum dead in its tracks. The policy of stop and frisk did see success and a decrease of crimes in New York City, but the policy also resulted in sharp criticism from minority communities. If Michael Bloomberg was running on the Republican ticket he could get away with his backing of this policy but supporting this as a Democratic candidate will hurt his campaign tremendously and no amount of money can change that.
